(NYSE: BMR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a fourth quarter 2012 dividend of $0.235 per share of common stock, representing a 9.3% increase over the company's third quarter 2012 dividend of $0.215 per share. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $0.94 per common share.
