(the "Company"), the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, N.A., today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share. The cash dividend is payable on December 31, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 21, 2012. The dividend represents an early payment of the normal first quarter 2013 dividend. ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc. is the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, National Association.
