The Board of Directors of Mondelez International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDLZ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share of Class A stock. This dividend is payable on Jan. 14, 2013 to stockholders of record as of Dec. 31, 2012.
