, a Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today announced the acquisition of Rivertown Ford in Columbus, Ga. The dealership is expected to generate $70 million in estimated annual revenues. Group 1 also announced that it disposed of a Nissan dealership in the Boston market area and an Audi dealership in the United Kingdom that generated $42.4 million in total trailing-12-month revenues.
