China Mobile Games Signs Cooperation Agreement Disney

China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group (NASDAQ: CMGE) today announced that CMGE has signed a cooperation agreement with The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) (China). Under this agreement, CMGE has acquired the rights in China for the launch of "Temple Run: Brave" and "Where's My Water?" two of the best-selling mobile games produced by Disney.

The Company will launch the two games in November 2012 through pre-installations on Android smartphones as well as through various websites. "Where's My Water?" will also be distributed through pre-installations on feature phones and through the Company's own feature phone game platform "Aiwan". CMGE and Disney will share the revenue generated by the two games.

"Temple Run: Brave" was originally released in June 2012 and followed the path of its predecessor, "Temple Run," in quickly becoming a bestseller on Apple's App Store following its launch. The Temple Run series provides an unparalleled experience that allows users to run, slide, jump, turn and shoot their way across the wilds of Scotland on an endless running adventure. The sequel adds exciting new characters, features and gameplay that will surely keep users
