Republican challenger landed the fifth and final electoral vote in Nebraska while President Obama won the fourth and final electoral vote in Maine. That means Romney won all five of Nebraska's electoral votes and Obama controlled all four of Maine's. The two are the only states to split electoral votes along congressional lines. At 10:24 p.m. Eastern time, the count in the electoral college is 163-158 in favor of Romney.
