EQT Midstream Partners Declares Initial Quarterly Distribution of $0.35 per Unit

EQT Midstream Partners (NYSE: EQM), a Delaware limited partnership and an EQT Corporation company, today announced that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.35 per unit for the third quarter of 2012. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2012 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on November 5, 2012.
