Realogy Underwriters Exercise Full Option to Bu 6M Shares

Realogy Holdings Corp. RLGY (the "Company") today announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 6,000,000 shares of common stock from the Company at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. As a result, the total initial public offering size is 46,000,000 shares of common stock. Closing of the sale of the additional shares is expected to occur on October 16, 2012.
