Sanofi To Buy Genfar

announced its plans to buy Colombian group Genfar SA. Genfar posted sales of $133 million in 2011. The transaction is likely to complete in the first quarter of 2013. However, financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Sanofi shares closed at $44.02 yesterday.
