ACI Worldwide to Buy Back Warrants for 1.08M Shares at $33 Each

ACI Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACIW), a leading international provider of payments systems, announced today it has entered into an agreement to repurchase from IBM warrants to purchase 1,415,565 shares of ACI common stock ($27.50 exercise price) and 1,077,035 shares of ACI common stock ($33.00 exercise price). This repurchase is conducted pursuant to ACI's previously announced $113 million share repurchase program.

The warrants that are being repurchased were originally issued on December 16, 2007 in connection with the formation of the companies' strategic alliance.
