Approach Resources Prices 5M Share Offering at $30.50/Share

Approach Resources AREX today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $30.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to issue and deliver the shares on September 25, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
