CompuCredit Says 22.671M Shares Tendered

CompuCredit Holdings Corporation

("CompuCredit") today announced the results of its cash tender offer to purchase up to 8,250,000 shares of its outstanding common stock, no par value per share (the "Common Stock"), at a purchase price of $10.00 per share. The tender offer expired at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on September 12, 2012 (the "Expiration Date").
