Field & Stream Licenses ("Field & Stream") today announced that it has signed an agreement with Dick's Sporting Goods ("Dick's") to sell to Dick's the intellectual property rights to the Field & Stream trademarks in the hunting, fishing, camping and paddle categories.  Previously, Field & Stream had licensed these categories to Dick's on an exclusive basis.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Field & Stream will continue to own the intellectual property rights and trademarks in numerous categories around the world.  Field & Stream will continue to work with its current licensees in product categories such as apparel, pet, sunglasses and optical, watches, socks, underwear, bedding, and home.  In addition, the company continues to seek great licensing partners in new geographies and categories for the growing and iconic Field & Stream lifestyle brand.
