Host Hotels Increases Dividend to $0.08 from $0.07

Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) announced that its board of directors authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company's common stock, a 14% increase from the previous quarter and the Company's seventh consecutive quarterly dividend increase.  The dividend is payable on October 15, 2012 to stockholders of record on September 28, 2012.
