Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs
Optical Cable (NASDAQ: OCC) shares jumped 28.28% to create a new 52-week high of $4.9518. OCC reported a 35% surge in its Q3 gross profit.
KSW (NASDAQ: KSW) shares gained 22.40% to touch a new 52-week high of $4.98. KSW agreed to be acquired by Related Companies for $5.00 per share in cash.
Homeowners Choice (NASDAQ: HCII) shares rose 5.70% to create a new 52-week high of $23.17. Homeowners Choice shares have jumped 252.41% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 23.72% in the same period.
PPG Industries (NYSE: PPG) shares gained 2.46% to create a new 52-week high of $115.92. Analysts at Jefferies & Company upgraded PPG Industries from “hold” to “buy.”
