Tuesday Morning Corporation's Statement Regarding Alleged Termination Claim

Tuesday Morning TUES announced Friday that it is aware of certain recent media reports referring to statements made by Kathleen Mason, its former Tuesday Morning President and Chief Executive Officer, concerning the termination of her employment. Ms. Mason's termination was lawful and made in conformity with the terms of her Employment Agreement. The Company believes that any claims relating to her termination are without merit and intends to vigorously defend any such claims.
