ITE Tech Inc. Executes Licensing Agreement with IDT for Use of Certain Solid-state Oscillator Patents Required in the Design of their Integrated USB 2.0 Flash Drive Controller

Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT®) (NASDAQ: IDTI) today announced that ITE Tech Inc., a leading Taiwanese IC design company, has executed a patent license agreement for use of certain IDT timing patents. ITE proactively approached IDT to license required IDT solid-state oscillator patents to strengthen the competitiveness of ITE's integrated USB 2.0 flash drive controller.
