(NYSE: TLP) announces that it declared a distribution of $0.640 per unit for the period from April 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012, representing a $0.01 increase over the previous quarter and a 3.2% increase over the $0.62 per unit distribution declared for the second quarter of 2011. This distribution is payable on August 7, 2012 to unitholders of record on July 31, 2012.
