America Movil To Acquire 21% Stake In Telekom Austria

America Movil (NYSE: AMX) agreed to acquire a 21% stake in Telekom Austria (OTC: TKAGY) from investor Ronny Pecik.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

America Movil shares closed at $24.09 yesterday, while Telekom Austria shares closed at $20.17 yesterday.
