SmartPros Acquires Certain Assets of Global Collaboration Partners LLC

announced that it has purchased certain assets of online training company, Global Collaboration Partners LLC. The assets include more than 150 e-learning courses in the areas of environmental health, safety, human resources, and energy exploration markets, as well as certain intellectual property.
