All 16 Walmart Director Nominees Approved

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. WMT today announced shareholder voting results for its Annual Shareholders' Meeting held June 1. Approximately 91.6 percent of outstanding shares were represented at the meeting. The company reported that shareholders approved the election of each of Walmart's 16 director nominees.
