AmTrust Financial Increases Quarterly Dividend by 11.1%

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.

today announced that its Board of Directors approved an 11.1% increase in the common stock quarterly cash dividend, raising it from $0.09 to $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of July 2, 2012.
