Focus Media Trading Up Almost 5% After Filing 20-F

Focus Media (NASDAQ: FMCN) is currently trading up nearly 5% after the company filed a 20-F around 2:30pm.

According to the filing, the company amended its Q4 earnings to be $0.70 ADS.

Short seller Muddy Waters Research commented on the filing in a tweet. Muddy Waters released a bearish report on the company late last year.
