Rovi and Renesas Will Bring Dynamic Streaming Video to Consumers' Homes

today announcing that Renesas Electronics Corporation, a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, has signed an agreement to incorporate the technology into its integrated circuit solutions for connected home entertainment devices. The new deal expands upon an existing relationship for DivX Plus HD Certification and Rovi Entertainment Store, which are currently being deployed on a range of Renesas system-on-chips.
