Japanese retail sales climbed 3.5% in February, according to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Japanese retail sales rose to 10.8 billion yen ($130.1 million) in the month. Total retail sales gained 1.9% y/y. However, sales at large-scale retail stores gained 0.2% on an adjusted basis.
