BrightPoint Americas Announces Agreement With Chartis

today announced that its subsidiary Brightpoint North America L.P. ("BrightPoint Americas") has entered into an agreement with Service Net Warranty, LLC., a subsidiary of Chartis. Under the terms of the agreement, BrightPoint Americas and Chartis will together be able to offer a comprehensive suite of wireless device lifecycle services and protection programs for the subscriber and pre-pay markets. BrightPoint Americas will provide forward and reverse logistics, including the repair, refurbishment and recycling of wireless devices. Chartis companies will offer insurance/service contract solutions customized to client needs, and a loyalty program designed to optimize customer service and client retention.
