Market Update

Shares of AK Steel Holding Corporation AKS dropped about 2.9% after the company reported that that its subsidiary, AK Steel Corporation has priced a public offering of $300 million of 8.375% senior notes due 2022. The offering size was lifted to $300 million from the earlier announced $250 million. Shares of Siemens AG SI fell about 1.3% after the company announced its plans to buy Expro Holdings UK's connectors and measurements division for around EUR470 million. In 2011, the Expro division posted sales of EUR90 million. Shares of Agenus Inc AGEN fell 1.1% about after the company named Shalini Sharp to its board of directors effective May 11, 2012. Ms. Sharp will step down as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective May 11, 2012. Shares of Amerigon Incorporated ARGN gained about 2% after the company priced its previously-announced underwritten public offering of 4,600,000 shares at a price of $15.25 per share.
