Spanish House Prices Decline 11.2% In Fourth Quarter

Spanish house prices declined 11.2% in the fourth quarter on an annual basis, according to the national statistical office. Spanish house prices dropped 7.4% in the third quarter. The prices of used homes dipped 13.7% in the fourth quarter on an annual basis.
