TSMC February Sales Rise 5.8% y/y

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co Ltd TSM reported a 5.8% y/y rise in its sales in February. However, its sales dropped 1.4% from a month ago. TSMC's unconsolidated sales came in at T$33.58 billion ($1.14 billion), from T$31.75 billion in the year-ago period and versus T$34.05 billion in January. TSMC's consolidated sales surged 3.6% y/y to T$33.86 billion. TSMC shares closed at $14.61 yesterday.
