President Obama Makes Cautious Comments on War with Iran, Syria

Earlier, Obama spoke at a press conference and made cautious comments about the possibility of a war with Iran, noting that while the US does not want Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon, war with Iran would have real consequences. Obama stated that those "beating the drums of war" over Iran should explain to the American people would the cost and benefits would be to military action over Iran. Obama stated that the sanctions against Iran are having a real impact, and could lead to a resolution to the crisis through peaceful means. Obama stated that there was an "unbreakable bond" between the US and Israel. On Syria, Obama stated that he anticipates that the current Syrian dictator would fall, as many other dictators have fallen in the past.
