RAIT Financial Trust Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock at $5.30/Share

RAIT Financial Trust

announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 6,950,000 common shares at a public offering price of $5.30 per share. The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,042,500 additional common shares. The offering is expected to close on March 9, 2012. Deutsche Bank Securities is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering.
