Abcam PLC ABCZY announced its plans to acquire Epitomics International Inc for $170.0 million in cash and shares. In the year ended December 31, 2011, Epitomics' unaudited revenue was $24.7 million. However, its EBITDA was $7.6 million and profit before tax was $6.8 million.
