Burcon Clarifies Communication on CLARISOY(TM)

Burcon NutraScience Corporation (Nasdaq: BUR) clarifies that it can only provide CLARISOY™ status updates as and when they are available, subject to compliance with its confidentiality obligations under the CLARISOY™ License and Production Agreement with Archer Daniels Midland Company.

Under the CLARISOY™ License and Production Agreement, ADM is wholly responsible for the worldwide production, distribution and sale of CLARISOY™. Burcon will provide CLARISOY™ status updates when they are available, subject to compliance with its confidentiality obligations under the CLARISOY™ License and Production Agreement.
