Perficient Acquires PointBridge Solutions

Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), today announced that it has acquired PointBridge Solutions, LLC, a $17 million annual services revenue business and technology consulting firm focused on collaboration, web content management, unified communications and business intelligence, primarily leveraging Microsoft technologies. The transaction will increase Perficient's current annualized revenues to more than $300 million and is expected to be accretive to earnings per share immediately.
