Radient Pharmaceuticals Announces 1:25 Reverse Stock Split

Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation (

) announced Tuesday that its Board of Directors has authorized the implementation of a 1:25 reverse split of the Company's outstanding common shares, which will be completed on or before January 15, 2012 .
