First Financial Northwest, Inc.

, the holding company for First Savings Bank Northwest, announced today that Directors H. A. Blencoe and Robert W. McLendon have retired from the Company's Board of Directors and that Mr. M. Scott Gaspard and Mr. Daniel L. Stevens have been appointed to the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank. The Company also announced the resignation of Mr. Gaspard as Senior Vice President-External Affairs of the Bank effective December 31, 2011.
