Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. ACHC today announced the pricing of a registered public offering of 8,333,333 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $7.50 per share. Acadia has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,249,999 shares of its common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
