SonoSite Inc (NASDAQ: SONO) surged 26.59% to $53.47 in the pre-market session. Fujifilm Holdings Corp (OTC: FUJIY) announced its plans to buy SonoSite for around $752.8 million in cash.
Novellus Systems Inc (NASDAQ: NVLS) moved up 24.06% to $43.05 in the pre-market session. Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ: LRCX) agreed to buy Novellus Systems for $3.3 billion in stock.
Central European Distribution Corp (NASDAQ: CEDC) soared 20.69% to $5.60 in the pre-market trading. Russian Standard Group announced its plans to lift its stake in Central European Distribution to around 30%, the founder of the Russian premium vodka producer said.
Skyworks Solutions Inc (NASDAQ: SWKS) added 5.06% to $14.75 in the pre-market session. SWKS opened a design center in Korea.
