AirTouch Signs Letter of Intent With Elephant Talk for Carrier

has announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Elephant Talk Communications Corporation

for the implementation of a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler Platform in the United States connected to the Mobile Network of the LightSquared 4G LTE network. The agreement stipulates that Elephant Talk will provide a full Mobile Virtual Network Enabling system that includes a Gateway Support Network, IN Intelligent Networking Platform, a Customer Relationship Management platform, a Full Rating & Billing Platform and a STP/Signaling Platform for AirTouch to launch its services in the United States. It is estimated that a definitive agreement between parties will be reached shortly.
