CoStar Signs Corporate Real Estate Firm UGL Services to Multi-Year Agreement

today announced that UGL Services, a global corporate real estate firm focusing exclusively on the business-space user, has expanded its subscription to CoStar's commercial real estate information services and is now using the company's powerful new iPad app, CoStarGo™. UGL Services is a division of UGL Limited. Under the new multi-year agreement, all 27 U.S. offices of UGL Services will gain access to CoStar COMPS Professional, the most comprehensive national database of commercial comparable sales transactions. The new service complements UGL's current subscriptions to CoStar Property Professional® and CoStar Tenant. UGL Services advisors will now be able to take the power of these three products into the field using CoStarGo. Introduced this past summer, CoStarGo provides commercial real estate professionals unfettered, mobile access to CoStar's extensive property and market data, sales comparables and tenant information via the iPad.
