Old Republic Declares Cash Dividend On Common Stock of $0.175/Share

The Board of Directors of Old Republic International Corporation ORI today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 17.50 cents per share. This dividend is payable December 15, 2011, to shareholders of record on December 5, 2011. 2011 marks the 70th year of uninterrupted cash dividend payments, and the 30th consecutive year that Old Republic has boosted its annualized cash dividend rate.
