ZBB Energy Announces Compliance With NYSE Amex Listing

, announced today that the Company has regained compliance with the continued listing standards of NYSE Amex. On December 2, 2010, the Company received a deficiency letter from the Exchange informing it that as of June 30, 2010 and September 30, 2010 the Company's stockholders' equity was below the minimum required by Section 1003(a)(i) of the Exchange's Company Guide.
