magicJack Stock to Split Two-for-One on December 12th

magicJack VocalTec, Ltd. CALL, the Voice Experts that invented voice over IP and sold over eight million magicJacks, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a two-for-one stock split to be paid in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend on December 1, 2011, to stockholders of record as of December 12, 2011.
