Lyondellbasell Prices $1B of Senior Notes Due 2012

LyondellBasell Industries N.V. LYB today announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6% senior notes due 2021 at an issue price of 100%.  LyondellBasell expects the offering to close on Nov. 14, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions.
