won the Manufacturing Deal of the Year award at the M&A Atlas Awards. The award was presented at the Harvard Club in New York City. VSE's award was for the acquisition of Wheeler Brothers Inc. (WBI) located in Somerset, PA. The deal closed on June 6, 2011. Wheeler Brothers is a supply chain management company, specializing in truck parts.
