, today announced the launch and availability of the release 6.2 enhancement of its SSU 2000 , a robust and fully manageable system that generates and distributes precise synchronization signals for both traditional SONET/SDH networks and modern Ethernet/IP networks. This latest release was designed to improve network management security and dramatically increase system capacity for networks using the IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol.
