NewMarket Subsidiary RKM Announces $2 M Microsoft Agreement Renewal With Movistar, a Division of Telefonica

today announced the Company's South American subsidiary, RKM Suministros S.A., has renewed its Microsoft License agreement with their client, Movistar, in Latin America. Movistar is a division of Telefonica, S. A., a major telecommunications provider in Europe and Latin America. The agreement renewal is for one year, started in May 2011 and is valued at US$ 1.99 million.
