Baldwin Facilities Undamaged in Japan

Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. BLD announced that it has named Mr. Ryohei Maeda as President and General Manager of Baldwin Japan Limited, effective immediately.

Company President and CEO Mark T. Becker said:

“In other news, the Company also wants to take this opportunity to inform our shareholders that we have had the good fortune of emerging unscathed from the recent traumatic events in Japan” continued Mr. Becker. “The earthquake and tsunami caused no injury to Baldwin's employees or their families, nor any damage to our facilities. We remain in full operation and are working closely with our customers to determine their needs in this current challenging supply chain environment.”
