Bing Takes On Groupon (MSFT)

Microsoft's MSFT popular search engine, Bing, has started something called "Bing deals," which allows its users to find the best local deals, as it attempts to compete with Groupon.

Bing has partnered with The Dealmap, a service provider that allows people to find and share the best local deals. It will have access to over 200,000 offers in 14,000 cities.

Shares of Microsoft are off 4 cents in pre-market trading to $26.16.
