today announced financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2010. Net income for the quarter totaled $16.0 million, or $0.40 per share. This compares with prior-year period net income of $17.7 million, or $0.37 per share. The company reported quarterly revenues of $155.9 million versus $151.5 million reported in the prior year period, an increase of 3%.
